Lotus Child Adoption Agency International assists Singaporeans/PRs in adopting from Malaysia. We ensure that all our potential clients fully understand, and have all their doubts cleared about the adoption procedures, before you decide to go ahead with adopting a child into your family.

Once your ASA is obtained, you can begin to select an adoptive child to your preference, being given up for adoption at that time frame. We allow couples to select only healthy babies, who are medically cleared and fit for adoption from the country of birth. Medical records of the baby will be provided to the prospective adoptive parents.

The babies given up for adoption are typically new born babies, and can range from as young as a few days old, to a few years of age, depending on your preference. Once the baby is identified and selected for adoption, a legally prepared document, “Agreement to Adoption” will be signed between the adoptive parents and the adoption agency. This legal document, facilitates a better understanding and agreement between the adoptive couple/parent and the adoption agency, and is mandatory to be submitted to MSF and Court of Singapore. All adoption documents pertaining to adoption that are required for submission to MSF and Court of Singapore will be done by us. We provide full documentation, and all adoption-related assistance for the adoptive parents during the adoption process.

The price range for adoption ranges between SGD25-$35,000.00, and payments to be done in 2 separate instances with official receipts provided. The price range is subjected to case by case basis, as per your ethnic group. The total price charged encompasses the following, and not limited to: Professional fees of the agency and co-agents’ fee in the adoptive child’s country of birth, Birth Mother’s welfare during her pregnancy term, Child and Birth Mother’s medical expenses, Birth Mother’s maternity and confinement care, and Document processing fees for Birth mother and child.

We will be guiding you through all the adoption procedures, and all necessary follow-up services until the birth certificate of the adopted child is issued to the adoptive parents. Throughout the course of adoption with us, and even after adopting a child through our adoption company, you can be rest assured that we place 100% confidentiality in all over adoption cases.
